【Tasting Notes】
Summary – Red wine barrel somehow amplifies the smoky notes, rich on the nose
Nose: Up front, lively and phenolic, amplified by the cask finish, cereal notes prominent also on the ending
Palate: Incredible balance of smoke and sweetness through the cask finish, taste not dissimilar to an aged Islay in Sherry Cask
Aftertaste: Will last long into the night, no need for water, this has to be enjoyed at cask strength – water will however heighten the sweetness on the finish
