At Don Michael, we have the privilege of presenting a whiskey unlike any other. In addition to corn, we add wheat and malted barley, imported from the United States. Made from Andean Black Corn and the purest mountain spring water, our whiskey is aged to perfection in American white oak barrels. This is Black Whiskey.
【Tasting Notes】
Appearance: Dark amber, caramel, bright and clean, crystal clear with intense tears.
Nose: Toasted corn, with hints of vanilla and a smoky note finish. As the whiskey breathes there are subtle hints of dehydrated fruits such as raisins and dried apricots.
Palate: The first contact on the palate is intense, then comes the wonderful tastes of cinnamon and cardamom with a finish of coffee and caramel. It is an intense whiskey with a lot of personality.
