APPEARANCE: Clean and bright color, with silver flashes. NOSE: Elegant and fine with notes of juniper and lavender, high aromatic intensity, with citrus notes. PALATE: Fresh and fruity notes, with hints of lemon balm, delicate vanilla and fruity aromas accompanied by a subtle note of juniper. What makes this gin distinct is our proprietary blend of Andean botanicals, ideal for drinking as Dry Martini or cocktails such as Gin Tonic and Negroni. It is a very expressive Gin. PAIRING: It is an ideal Gin to accompany red meats, duck, dishes seasoned with fine herbs and mature cheeses.
