【Product Story】

The island of Jura, located on the West Coast, is one of Scotland’s most beautiful, yet remote islands. Despite the remoteness, the whisky is well-loved around the world. A light and fruity new make is synonymous with the distillery owing to its 28-foot-high pot stills.

【Tasting Notes】

Nose – Sweetness on the nose, caramel, light smoke in the background.
Taste – The Oloroso is ever-apparent and adds multiple layers of texture, viscous with sweet smoke, a delicious complement.
Finish – The Oloroso sweetness remains complementary to the light smoke, but develops into a slight dry finish as expected, thick texture remains and lingers nicely on the mid-palate.
