The Darroze family preserve the specificities of each Armagnac and not to blend different estates or different vintages. In order not to betray the typical qualities, no ‘reduction’ by the addition of ‘petites eaux’ that not only dilutes the alcoholic strength but also the aromatic intensity and the hints of terroir. 【Tasting Notes】
Beautiful gold color, brown reflections. The nose is very expressive, marked by candied fruit aromas (prune, apricot), exotic wood, wax, honey, apricot jam and butterscotch. Very rich and complex at the same time. In the mouth, an explosion aromatic with candied fruit, vanilla, liquorice, toast, cocoa, dried figs. Returns never end not. Exceptional.
