Full Pint is a Spring 2-row barley that was developed at Oregon State University and raised in Oregon. Traditionally Full Pint is a brewers barley to make delicious, flavorful beer.
With Westward’s brewing heritage the team have innovated using Malted Full Pint Barley and Brewer’s Chico Yeast to create a delicious wash. This flavorful wash was Double Pot Distilled and Aged in New American Oak Barrels for this Single Barrel Selection.
Additional flavor accents of honey and nuttiness add heightened flavor to this single barrel. Bottled at Cask Strength, Natural color and Non-Chill Filtered.
