The Darroze family preserve the specificities of each Armagnac and not to blend different estates or different vintages. In order not to betray the typical qualities, no ‘reduction’ by the addition of ‘petites eaux’ that not only dilutes the alcoholic strength but also the aromatic intensity and the hints of terroir. 【Tasting Notes】
Brown color, gold reflections. Aromas of aging dominate: cocoa, liquorice, leather, tobacco. Intense and fine at the same time. On the palate, the tannins are silky and gently sweet on the attack. Then, explosion aromatic: candied fruits, spices, rancio. Long in mouth.
