【Tasting Notes】
Bouquet: a fine woody touch in the nose, aromas of ripe fruit and underwood.
Palate: a clean, very fruity attack. Quite supple, nicely-balanced tannins.
Food pairings: Pleasant throughout the meal, but especially good served with red meats.
