At Don Michael, we have the privilege of presenting a whiskey unlike any other. In addition to corn, we add wheat and malted barley, imported from the United States. Made from Andean Black Corn and the purest mountain spring water, our whiskey is aged to perfection in American white oak barrels. This is Black Whiskey. This is a true limited edition of our world class Black Whiskey. Barrels are hand selected by our master sommelier Daiana Paola Milon Mayer. Each barrel is special, and offers a unique expression of our Andean Black Corn Whiskey.
【Tasting Notes】
Amburana wood is introduced into the barrel which adds new aromas and flavor. Was perceived red fruits with some spicy and walnut notes, when opened with water vanilla and butterscotch aroma. It have less amburana aroma than barrel N333, which makes it more difficult to perceive and at the same time make it more intrigant.
