Years ago we started to understand the need to consume foods and beverages that were not chemically treated. The world was starting to think in a more sustainable way of life, and we wanted to cooperate with it. Our motto is not only elaborate great spirits but the purest and yes!... we made it. Produced in the historic city of Granade in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of Spain. Situated at the foot of Mulhacen, the highest mountain on the Iberian Peninsula, the melted alpine snow provides water of the highest quality. We use pure malt from the Castilla region of Spain. All whiskies aged in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.

Appearance : This 2008 vintage single malt whisky pours a rich, deep amber, reminiscent of polished mahogany. Swirling it in the glass reveals thick, slow legs, hinting at its substantial character. Nose : The aroma is an enticing blend of dried fruits, with pronounced notes of sun-soaked raisins and figs, showcasing the Pedro Jiménez cask influence. Layers of sweetness emerge, including honey, toffee, and brown sugar, complemented by subtle hints of vanilla and oak that add depth to the bouquet. Palate : On the palate, this whisky offers a sumptuous symphony of flavors. The Pedro Jiménez cask maturation contributes rich flavors of dark cherries and dates, seamlessly interwoven with the sweetness of honeycomb and caramel. A delicate spiciness reminiscent of cinnamon and nutmeg adds complexity without overpowering the palate. Mouthfeel : The whisky boasts a velvety, full-bodied mouthfeel that coats the tongue with layers of flavor. The 43% ABV provides a gentle warmth, enhancing the whisky's depth and complexity. Finish: The finish is enduring and opulent, with the sweet sherry notes lingering alongside hints of oak and dark chocolate. It leaves a lasting impression of refinement and indulgence.
