Years ago we started to understand the need to consume foods and beverages that were not chemically treated. The world was starting to think in a more sustainable way of life, and we wanted to cooperate with it. Our motto is not only elaborate great spirits but the purest and yes!… we made it. Produced in the historic city of Granade in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of Spain. Situated at the foot of Mulhacen, the highest mountain on the Iberian Peninsula, the melted alpine snow provides water of the highest quality. We use pure malt from the Castilla region of Spain. All whiskies aged in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
【 Tasting Notes】
Color:Natural Deep caramel. Nose:Soft floral notes and a whisper of juniper combined with Werther’s Original, white nougat and even some marzipan and cherry syrup. There’s caramel here too, with just a touch of milk chocolate, Greek yoghurt and menthol. A hint of bitter orange peel and mushrooms. Taste:Some gunpowder with a hit of spices like cracked black peppercorns and fresh ginger, but also cocoa powder and tobacco leaves. Creamier mouthfeel after adding water. It brings out subtle notes of menthol, figs and marzipan. Finish:Lingering sweetness and a whisper of cocoa powder, as well as plums.
