Years ago we started to understand the need to consume foods and beverages that were not chemically treated. The world was starting to think in a more sustainable way of life, and we wanted to cooperate with it. Our motto is not only elaborate great spirits but the purest and yes!… we made it. Produced in the historic city of Granade in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of Spain. Situated at the foot of Mulhacen, the highest mountain on the Iberian Peninsula, the melted alpine snow provides water of the highest quality. We use pure malt from the Castilla region of Spain. All whiskies aged in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
【Tasting Notes】
Nose:Warm spices mix with smooth chocolate-covered raisins, honeycomb and caramel toffee. Taste:Deliciously sweet sherry PX flavoured sultanas, orange segments, walnuts and butterscotch combine to create complex warm spices. Spicy with medium length and a dry finish. Finish:Long and satisfying finish with spiced orange and chocolate covered hazelnuts.
