PINOT NOIR CASK:A tribute to Oregon’s legendary Willamette Valley wine country, this elegant whiskey is influenced by the region’s premier grape varietal: Pinot Noir. This cask-finished whiskey reflects the vibrance of the Valley’s signature grape while allowing the bold, robust notes of Westward Whiskey to shine through. The Pinot Noir Cask begins with Westward American Single Malt, which is then finished for up to two years in French Oak wine casks from a handful of award-winning producers in the region.
STOUT CASK:Inspired by Oregon’s leading brewing culture, this whiskey grew out of cask-trading tradition among a select group of beer producers. Born of a Longstanding Tradition: For as long as Westward has been making whiskey, they’ve traded our freshly-emptied barrels with brewing friends in and around the Northwest, who have in turn “seasoned” them with Stout before returning them again. The Stout Cask Finish begins with Westward American Single Malt and is then aged for one year in Stout casks.

ORIGINAL:Westward American Single Malt is elegant, robust and fruity, with creamy vanilla and brown sugar notes. Baking spice, lush fruit, and sweet malt, with a tobacco, dark chocolate, and leather finish.
PINOT NOIR CASK:Westward American Single Malt Pinot Noir Cask is fruity and robust, with plum, apricot leather, and chocolate ganache notes. Flavors include apple, plantain, and nutmeg, with a rich, dried fruit and sweet malt finish.
STOUT CASK:Westward Stout Cask is rich and robust, with notes of roasted grain and stone fruit. Flavors include toasted pecan and milk chocolate, with a bold, dry finish.
