Winemakers for several generations, deeply attached to its roots and fascinated by wine, the LEQUART House has been working on its 10-hectare vineyards located in the village of PASSY GRIGNY, in the heart of the Marne valley. 

In order to produce high-quality Champagnes, we have been practicing organic winemaking techniques for 15 years in the respect of men and their environment. 

From manual grape-picking to pressing, from fermentation to bottling, from aging in our cellars to full maturity, these are delicate steps carried out over many patient years.
