Naturally fermented white medium dry sparkling wine made from Chardonnay grapes. Produced using the Charmat method, in which secondary fermentation takes place in tanks for at least 30 days. The wine used for production is sourced from the Emilia-Romagna region in Italy.
【Tasting Notes】
Aroma and Flavour：Lustrous gold in color with a subtle aroma of ripe tropical fruit including mango and pineapple. The palate reveal a touch of peach, apple, vanilla, and honey. Consumption：Good as aperitif. Goes well with snacks, sea food, chiken and veal dishes with cream sauce.
