DALMORE 7 YEAR OLD SINGLE MALT SCOTCH WHISKY 45%

Mature in Bourbon Wood / Single Malt The Distillery was established in 1839 by Alexander Matheson, the founder of Jardine Matheson in Hong Kong. It is located at Alness, north of Inverness and overlooks the Cromarty Firth and Black Isle. Water is drawn from the River Alness and the distillery is owned by Whyte& Mackay. This bottling has been done at 45%vol without chill-filtration, in order to retain the full flavour of the bourbon cask in which it has been matures.

• Fresh and fruity on the nose with hints of bourbon sweetness. Robust on the palate, with hints of peat and toffee sweetness and a good long finish.
