Color:Clear and golden yellow.
Nose:Mildly aromatic notes such as vanilla, caramel, honey and cinnamon dominate, punctuated by the scent of ripe pears and apricots. There is also a discernible hint of smoke, wood, nutmeg and tarragon.
Taste:Pleasing soft structure with complex aromas of orange and salted caramel.
Finish:Long and complex with nicely embedded flavors of ripe fruit.
