The strong SLYRS Single Malt as itself is already a special delight for all whisky lovers of fresh, full bodied whiskys. Through the Cask Finishing in the Pedro Ximénez barrel it gets extra fruity flavors which expand in the mouth and have a mild after taste. A real rarity from the traditional distillery SLYRS located at the beautiful Schliersee. Pedro Ximénez is one of the most famous and aromatic sherry of the world. Mashed from white ripe grapes its smells and tastes enchanting fruity. This flavor stays in the sherry barrels which are used for the maturity of the whisky. The storage in these special barrels makes each small Batch a unique pleasure.

Nose: Lots of fruit, reminiscent of dried plums and dark berries.
