AIREM Ethereal Winery comes from the city of Granada (GRANADA) in the south of Spain. It is located at the foot of the Sierra Nevada (Sierra Nevada). Natural purity, nature protection and handcrafted brewing are the principles that AIREM Ethereal Winery has pursued since its establishment. The winery uses spring water collected from the snowmelt on the Sierra Nevada Mountains, which can be called the purest water source in Spain as distilled water. The raw material comes from the organic Pearson malt located in Castile, northern Spain, which is famous for its agriculture. (PILSNER MALT), through 100% handcrafted copper stills, produces whiskey with clean wine quality and full flavor.
A series of original whiskeys under AIREM Ethereal Winery are aged in the first batch of Spanish PX sherry oak barrels with an average age of about 40 years. The cost of PX sherry barrels is extremely high and the number is rare. The top fantasy product in the barrel, the combination of AIREM Ethereal Winery whiskey and PX Sherry casks, creates a single barrel single malt Spanish whiskey that amazes wine fans all over the world!

【Tasting Notes】

Color: Natural Deep caramel Nose:Dark chocolate and strong coffee with a touch of nail polish. Intense and heavily sherried, there’s a few lighter notes of raspberry, praline and fudge. Water brings out cured meats, soy and a shiver of pine needles.
Taste:A lovely creamy, sweet arrival with touches of raw sugar and Scottish tablet, followed by a big hit of chili pepper and light herbal notes of oregano. Water quiets things down and reveals a dryer side with tobacco and aniseed, but also dark chocolate.
Finish:Drying with some cocoa powder, mocha and cherries.
