Nose: Barbecue beef crisps. Smoked meat with sherry spices.

Palate: Delicious sweet woodsmoke cloaked in sherry. Bonfire ash and sweet malt with figs and ripe plums. Incredible flavours.

Finish: Warming waves of smoke with more sherry.
