Naturally fermented white medium dry sparkling wine made from Chardonnay grapes. Produced using the Charmat method, in which secondary fermentation takes place in tanks for at least 30 days. The wine used for production is sourced from the Emilia-Romagna region in Italy.

Aroma and Flavour：Scented and intense citrus of lemon and limes are the hallmark characteristics of this wine, the palate is notable as being freshly with hint of orange and honey.
Consumption：Goes well with spicy cheese, chicken liver, seafood and especially with Eastern dishes, suitable on its own.
