【Product Story】

Tormore is an unmissable statement distillery on the way into the heart of Speyside – an idyllic welcome to the heart of whisky country. Rarely seen as an official bottling, it is soon to be open to the public due to a recent acquisition… To see a bottling as a single malt is rare, to see it combined with a Latour finish, even more so – excellent with cold meat as a pairing.

【Tasting Notes】

Nose – Red fruits, strawberry jam, with a slight dryness, complex.
Taste – Sweet, rich, refreshing initially - water needed to develop further fruit notes which combine with the typically heavy malt notes of Tormore for something truly unique.
Finish – The malt comes into play mid-way through and lingers long into the finish, with the Chianti influence remaining tart and dry on the finish, a thoroughly enjoyable complex malt.
