Tormore is an unmissable statement distillery on the way into the heart of Speyside – an idyllic welcome to the heart of whisky country. Rarely seen as an official bottling, it is soon to be open to the public due to a recent acquisition… To see a bottling as a single malt is rare, to see it combined with a Latour finish, even more so – excellent with cold meat as a pairing.

【Tasting Notes】

Nose – Crisp buttercream, vanilla.
Taste – Water needed to develop the underlying notes associated with Tormore – fresh grass, fruity and light, slightly oily.
Finish – Toffee notes linger pleasantly along with spice, slight suggestion of aniseed.
