【Product Story】

Years ago we started to understand the need to consume foods and beverages that were not chemically treated. The world was starting to think in a more sustainable way of life, and we wanted to cooperate with it. Our motto is not only elaborate great spirits but the purest and yes!… we made it. Produced in the historic city of Granade in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of Spain. Situated at the foot of Mulhacen, the highest mountain on the Iberian Peninsula, the melted alpine snow provides water of the highest quality. We use pure malt from the Castilla region of Spain. All whiskies aged in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.

【Tasting Notes】

Nose: Sumptuous nose dominated by ripe and overcooked fruit, in alcohol, soaked in honey and toffee, floured in peat and baked in the oven to become caramelized
Taste: On the palate, it is warm and woody. The tannins are demanding and amplify the already enveloping structure of the distillate. The pace is slow. It moves a little with difficulty, dense, not syrupy, but oily. It is very velvety, spicy and smoky on the tongue. Almond finish, a drizzle of salt and iodine, a herbaceous glimmer
Finish:Bold finish, sweet and sherry cask finish
