The origin of Tatra tea can be traced far back in Slovak history. Life was hard back then. People treasured every moment of meeting friends. They always cheered together with cup of something good, something strong. Mountain folks used to heal many diseases with their homemade medicine. Boiled water poured over the herbs, added moonshine, spirit, honey, garlic and tallow. Everyone had its own recipe, but they all called it Tea. Tea-based herbal bitter with no sugar added, sweetened with extracts from raisins, figs and stevia. It is made from extracts of more than 30 herbs, especially wormwood, gentian, milk thisle, blueberry leaf and mint.

Light on sweet side, long-lasting tea herbal taste on tongue. Fresh green pepper, raw cacao and peppermint aroma, pleasant bitter herbal teas afternotes. Light coffee in colour, with a fresh tea almost gold edge.
