160 years ago, the family’s first still began distilling a nectar now renowned the world over: Cognac. By the gentle alchemy taking place in the distillery, the precious white wines from the family vineyards were transformed into cognac. As the wines were heated for long hours over a wood fire, they filled the distillery with the sweetest of scents, both complex and enchanting.
【Tasting Notes】
Color : Amber with flashes of mahogany Nose : Its aromatic harmony is the sign of fully fledged cognac. Mouth : The floral bouquet develops into spicy aromas on the palate with lot of richness.
Color : Golden yellow. Nose : Fruity and floral on the nose and palate, with a long lasting gaiety. Mouth : The tannins from the oak have helped it to develop to the beginnings of maturity a harmonious cognac.
Color : Straw yellow. Nose : Intense, fruity, floral aromas, reminiscent of the flowers of the vine in june. Mouth : Start with the nose to discover all the aromatic complexity resulting from the blending of different growths, before taking a comfortable sip to be rolled slowly around the palate before swallowing.
