SINGLE MALT SCOTCH WHISKY / NATURAL STRENGTH / SINGLE CASK
Tomintoul is the highest village in Highlands. At 345 metres above sea level, it features spectacular landscapes, rugged mountains and in the winter, regular snow. The Tomintoul distillery is located within the Glenlivet Estate and has been producing since 1964. Typical Speyside character, but a deeper nose, think heavy treacle.
Summary – Sweet thick honey initially developing into a dry finish
Nose: Caramel/ treacle on the nose
Palate: A delightfully sweet thickness developing into a dried malt finish
Aftertaste: Slightly dry finish at cask strength with the classic Speyside flavour notes of malt/ cereal persisting
