160 years ago, the family’s first still began distilling a nectar now renowned the world over: Cognac. By the gentle alchemy taking place in the distillery, the precious white wines from the family vineyards were transformed into cognac. As the wines were heated for long hours over a wood fire, they filled the distillery with the sweetest of scents, both complex and enchanting.
【Tasting Notes】
Color : Amber with flashes of mohogany. Nose : Spicy notes of spices, nutmeg. Mouth : A cognac with a lot of roundness in the mouth followed by a gourmet note on the finish. This vintage is rich and and testifies of the beautiful complexity of the Cognac terroir.
